Pretty much all plugins
What does not
Playlist does not remember its zoom levels (not really a problem if you ask me but I felt like listing it).
Minimizing the window is glitchy. I recommend having FL Studio on a workspace separated from all other programs (if possible with your GUI) to avoid glitches.
What was not tested
WASP plugin and other plugins that were said to require a certain DLL (there are better alternatives to them bundled with FL Studio)
- Needs 'corefonts' from winetricks to display most of the texts. Just do '$ winetricks corefonts' and it will run flawlessly. - Sometimes NewTone (pitch correction plugin) opens more than one "Analyzing..." windows (a lot of them, actually), each of which actually processes the track. However annoying that might sound, you need to close each of the windows but one to be able to proceed in a reasonable time. As far as I could see, it does not cause any other problems with the plugin afterwards. - To get better performance and shorter latency, use WineASIO. - When you move mixer insert channels, you get some underruns. These were not experienced under Windows. That, however, might be caused by my laptop's poor specifications.

The FL Studio UI can sometimes go haywire if you workspaces in your desktop environment - the audio engine works and events are handled (for example, space still plays/pauses the project) but the UI is frozen.
