HowTo / Notes

Wineticks Requirements Installation

To get the required environment setup, download winetricks as detailed here. Once downloaded run the following commands:

  1. ./winetricks corefonts vcrun2008 quicktime76
  2. ./winetricks fontsmoothing=rgb

Once done, proceed to install Scrivener using Wine.

 If using 1.7 or above, no native overrides from winetricks are needed.
