Installs and launches. But cannot register or load its drivers, including its main driver which means one cannot do anything with the program.

The ~ Explorer, an entirely different program - which doesnt require root privs - by the same author and from the same application suite, which allows cumbersome file operations (like extracting from a a rigid archive) nothing like the real deal (which behaves like a regular storage medium) - if the volume is FAT*. If it is NTFS or ext, no access to your files...
