FlashDevelop offers first class support for ActionScript (2 & 3) and Haxe development. Great completion & code generation, projects compilation & debugging, plenty of project templates, SWF/SWC exploration etc. FlashDevelop is also a great web developer IDE with source-control support (svn, git, mercurial), tasks/todo, snippets, XML/HTML completion and zen-coding for HTML.
All looks good: project editing/compiling/debuging.

Require dotnet20 and flash Require java FD uses %JAVA_HOME% variable to determine java bin directory location and it may conflict with system installed JVM, so go to regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment and add JAVA_HOME with path to bin directory (without bin!) - C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\ for example. FD required path to / (usualy wine drive Z) - dunno why, but w/o it will crash on start.
