Magrunner - Dark Pulse

What works

Complete game after winetricks with new wine configuration (1.7.16). Here's how I got it to run with Wine 1.7.16 on 64 Bit Ubuntu 12.04 LTS:

1. create new folder for a new wine configuration:

> mkdir /MyPathToWine/Wine/winecfg_1.7.16

 2. install winetricks "xact_jun2010":

> env WINEPREFIX="/MyPathToWine/Wine/winecfg_1.7.16" winetricks --force xact_jun2010

3. Start Magrunner viain the top Magrunner installation folder:

>env WINEPREFIX="/MyPathToWine/Wine/winecfg_1.7.16" wine Binaries/Win32/Magrunner.exe

Every subsequent start only needs the last command, of course.

What does not

The game crashed with my standard wine configuration (with misc winetricks patches).

Additional Comments

The game runs correctly in 1920x1080 fullscreen, but even with AntiAlias off is choppy on my 2.5 GHz dual core AMD CPU, nVidia GT430 graphics card, 8 GB RAM.
