What works
After changing the color depth manually to 16bit, the game started and worked like in the older reports in windowed mode. (To ensure that - otherwise it wont start - I edited in torment.ini line fullscreen=0)
Its really playable. Everything works, sometimes there seem to be bugs in the game itself, but not really in Wine, except:
What does not
If you want to enter UnderSigil from the UpperWard the game crashes. I added something to the bug report. At the moment I don't know if its very important for the game to get there.

Actually I've played about 2 third of the game. I didnt play around a lot in the settings, but the few things I used work.

Not sure if silver is "correct" but since you can't access a part of the game, its not looking like gold for me
