What works

everything, except mouse or else

this game since 1.00 uses patch that perferm to use ddraw and gdi separate, each time you move mouse ddraw will be uses, game switches to GDI.

That has create alot of problems, workaround founded

What does not

Game goes black, when started, each time when you move mouse, you can press anything, play the video, etc. 

Game won't work fine even on windows 7. 

Game unplayeable but workaround founed:


First configure desktop to use window mode.

Run game in window:


mouse create visual glitches, but at least game was playable.

Trying Ubuntu 16.04 / ATI (notebook) NVidia (Proprietary) 

Different Wine Versions, and workaround with DLL's , nothing will help, using GDIplus library with WineStaging and DEADLOCK,

realy DEADLOCK your wine desktop, no TERM or KILL command will help, only computer reboot.
