The game works a bit slowly compared to Windows. I think I played at around 30 FPS when, on Windows, I can reach 60+ FPS without problem. It's not a big deal, even if it is a fast paced game. If you are good enough, you can go very far. I reached the 31 level of the endless mode at 30 FPS on FreeBSD. http://i.imgur.com/SPwAPE0.jpg NOTE : To be able to run the game, you will need winetricks to install .NET 4.0 with "winetricks dotnet40" command. I only had to install this since I install DirectX 9.0c from the offline installer by myself. I apply it on absolutely every prefixes I create (one per game). If you don't install DirectX 9.0c, you won't be able to run the game either. Thank you Wine for offering a way to play on UNIX BSD when Tower of Guns is available on Windows, Mac and GNU/Linux.
