What works

graphics works, if rendering under gdi (non-opengl) mode. keyboard input works.

What does not

graphics are fully black when using the default opengl backend. when using gdi, the framerate is very slow on an ancient computer, even though cpu usage is not maxed-out.

i tested the network play from behind an outbound firewall. when attempting to retrieve the list of existing games, the program froze, so i killed it.

What was not tested

network play without an outbound firewall wasn't tested. lan play wasn't tested, nor any other features. most in-game tasks were not tested.

I tested WinBolo with Debian Jessie before it's stable. I tested WinBolo with a Pentium M processor. :-D
