What works
Everything tested so far. I have only played around with it for one day. But annotations, drawings, saving, multiple tabs, stamps, form filling, etc all work as expected. But only in 32-bit version, read more in the comment section below.

Platinum rating is for 32-bit version installed via the .msi installer ('wine msiexec /i '). The .exe install will not work for me for either 32-bit or 64-bit. Have not tried 64-bit .msi installer yet.
