Additional Comments

This only refers to the Portable Apps Menu. Functionality of individual portable apps varies. When loading PA after it's been used on a Windows machine, it will give an alert that the autoconfig file was changed. This alert window cannot be removed until the Menu completely loads, at which point it disappears automatically. The same thing happens if you load PA on a Windows machine after running through Wine, so it isn't a Wine issue.
