I had a Much better time Configuring my Xbox 360 USB Game Pad ; just by using a Different Input Plug-In. I used the "N-Rage's Direct-Input8 v2 1.80a" Input Plug-in; using the "Afterglow Gamepad for Xbox 360 (js)" selected as my Gamepad Device.
N-Rage's Direct-Input 8 Plug-In comes Installed with Project 64 since version 1.6; It works better than Jabo's Older Direct Input 6/7 Plug-Ins.

It Gets Platinum now because the Controller Config works much better now, as long as you use the "N-Rage Direct-Input8 V2 1.80a" Input Plug-In. So far, N-Rage is the best Input Plugin that I tried with Project 64 under wine; It even works with Project 64 1.6
