There is flickering of fog and streaming light effects depending on the angle of the camera with my 520
series i3 integrated GPU with mesa-19.1.0-devel, 4.5 OpenGL,and 1.1.97
Vulkan. Dunno if anyone else has this issue on nVidia or AMD. I haven't
seen it on windows / steam forums anywhere.
Workarounds
DXVK .96
Vulkan-1 windoze dll from lunarg
Set the DXVK and DXGI libraries in winecfg to "builtin,native' and set vulakn-1 to "native,builtin". Otherwise it will not load the vulakn-1.dll or you get a vk_init error for winevulkan.
