For me, fullscreen does not work, though I've heard that for others it does. Anything else works almost flawlessely, though the framerates can be a bit lower than on windows, but it's still very playable.

Install dotnet40 and d3dx9 via winetricks. For extra performance, install the d3d patch https://github.com/stefand/wine and export vsync_blank=1.
