I followed the steps: 1) Create a new wine prefix 32 bit: WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine winecfg 2) use winetricks to install .NET 2.0: winetricks dotnet20 3) download JavaRE 7 offline install for Windows: http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=97807 4) install Java using wine: wine jre-7u71-windows-i586.exe 5) download .zip version of FlashDevelop, unpack it and double click FlashDevelop.exe
