What does not
Videos (intro a pre-mission videos, also animation before the briefing screen).
The game can also crash or show error messages when the CPU has multiple cores and HW is enabled, which is the default (this also happens in Windows).
What was not tested
Make sure you've patched the game to v1.3 (get the patch from here: http://www.cypron-studios.com/patches.html). The game doesn't work well with multi-core CPUs (also happens in Windows). To fix: start the game and when the launcher is displayed, run "wine taskmgr", right-click on the "State of War.exe" process, select "Set Affinity" and then check only 1 CPU ("CPU 0", for example) and uncheck the others. Then "Run the game" from the launcher and when the main menu appears, go to the options and disable "HW cursor". This fixes the issue and only needs to be done once. As for the videos not playing, that may be due to me not having the 32-bit gstreamer plugins installed, and "quartz" may be necessary, but I have not tested this. But you can play the ".sgv" videos in "Data/Levels" directly with a video player.
