March 8th 2014 - Pegasus Mail v4.70
Pegasus Mail v4.70 is yet another interim release. Internally, this version of the program is actually very different
from any previous version, and is well on the way to being a version 5 build, but it's been a while since we've had
a new version and there's a clear need for the new OpenSSL-based SSL code I've developed for version 5 so I decided it
was time to freeze a checkpoint in the development and bring it out.

Additional Comments
After installation or copy, you must EITHER: uninstall IERenderer (registered as "Pegasus Mail HTML Renderer"; wine uninstall works) OR: edit IERenderer.fff and change "Form flags = 31" to "Form flags = 2". (IERenderer installation is automatically run from Pegasus installation but it can be uninstalled separately in standard way. Renaming/deleting this fff or any other IERenderer file/folder does not work reliably and causes crashes in 3rd party DLLs used by Pegasus)

UseBearHTML=YES
must be added at the top of IERenderer.ini. If appended to the end it has no effect on the error messages thrown by IERenderer as the software loads.
