What works
It seems like it all works.
Open .DCH file and export to .DWG file for use in Librecad
What does not
Setup.exe locks up and does not create the desired links like other Windows apps create when setup was run. However, you can still use the program by because all the files get created in ~/.wine/drive_c/dcwin

Install the SETUP.EXE from command line. use the Ser Num as described at the TRIUS forum: 163-5884-860-4 Then go to ~/.wine/drive_c/dcwin and type: ./DCWIN.EXE
