What works
The game itself runs fine, flawlessly as far as I can tell.
What does not
The EULA, Game Manual, and Check for Updates buttons on the main screen don't work. However, there are workarounds.
Whoever reads the EULA?
You can always create a launcher on your Desktop to the game manual file, which is in the Manuals directory under Buzz Aldrin's Space Program Manager.
Not being able to update the game would be a serious issue; however, you can download updates directly from
ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/BuzzAldrin'sSpaceProgramManager/
Note that as of this writing, the latest version is 1.6.25; counterintuitively, version 1.6.5 is older than 1.6.25.
