Installer works smoothly, even installing the required QuickTime player.
The game intro works fine and setting up the game for single player, with multiple computer opponents, worked. The ingame functions worked properly and it is possible to complete the game.
What does not
Selecting the tutorial videos from the navigation menu doesn't play the video sequences. The area reserved for video is just blank, regardless of the selected video item.
What was not tested
Multiplayer network game - a game account at Cashflow Technologies is required to play multiplayer over the internet. As fas as I know, no multiplayer LAN version exists.
(The game has a turn based feature that allows multiple people to play a game on the same computer)
The game has a copy protection feature, requiring that the first game CD be present in the CD/DVD drive when the game starts. I couldn't manage to set the CD label value in winecfg, so, I've used CDEmu (cdemu.sourceforge.net) to mount my game CD images and then launch the game: 1) Install cdemu server 2) Install cdemu client 3) Launch the cdemu server: /etc/init.d/cdemu-daemon start 4) Mount your image: $ cdemu -b system load 0 5) Launch the game: wine CASHFLOW.exe
