Installation, Browse folders, view file thumbnails, different view modes, open files, save and convert .cr2 to .jpg. Everything seems to work.
Fonts render nicely (Arial), with subpixel antialiasing even in menus (see screenshot gallery).
What does not
What was not tested
Remote shooting does not work, as the EOS Utility was not installed.
Version used: DPP 4.3.0 (dppw4.3.0-installer.exe) Wine config: 32bit Windows, set version Windows 8.1. Install: dotnet45, gdiplus, msvc90, xmllite, msxml3, msxml6, d3dx9-43, wininet. For perfect font rendering install additionally: Microsoft Core Fonts, FontsSmoothRGB, RegisterFonts. Note: I used the PlayOnLinux GUI to install these components. Followed the instructions here: https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=31400 and then applied the changes necessary for font rendering.
