The game has two video problems.
First, the game tries to obtain 640x480x16bpp which many modern GPUs do not support. The game normally responds to an unacceptable screen size with an exception error and abort. If the video configuration of your system doesn't support 640x480 then configure Wine to use a 640x480 virtual desktop using winecfg or set the appropriate registry values with reg:
wine reg add "HKCU\\Software\\Wine\\Explorer" /v "Desktop" /t REG_SZ /d "Default" /f
wine reg add "HKCU\\Software\\Wine\\Explorer\\Desktops" /v "Default" /t REG_SZ /d "640x480" /f
The second problem is severe flickering in videos. There isn't a solution to this but they can be skipped with Esc.
Note that the recommended configuration of QuickTime 5 for use in a virtual desktop is to set the video to safe mode/GDI only. However, this will prevent the videos from displaying (black screen only) in Pony Girl 2. Their audio still plays regardless.
