What works
Installation of Works 3.0 Multimedia Edition works under a 32-bit WINEPREFIX with the Windows version set to Windows 3.1. It warns the user a few times throughout the installation that it couldn't create some of the files, and at the end of the installation it says that the installation did not complete successfully. Works can be launched from wineprefix/drive_c/MSWORKS/MSWORKS.EXE. The word processor and the spreadsheets program result in a 'cannot find file or file already open' error. The Spreadsheets program results in a 'the program has encountered a serious problem and needs to close' error.
