Does not run in a 64-bit prefix - you will need a 32-bit Wine prefix to use the 32-bit Bitcoin Core.

WARNING!!!!!!

While the Bitcoin executables for Windows will run under Wine, it is strongly recommended both by the Bitcoin community and the Bitcoin developers to use the native binaries for your operating system, or that you build the executables from source for your operating system.

As well, only bitcoin versions 0.8.x and above will currently work with the blockchain - DO NOT USE OLDER VERSIONS!
