What works
Nothing. Crash error: "Sorry, but paint.net has encountered an unhandled exception and must close."
What does not
Nothing works, program doesn't start.
Workarounds
.NET Framework 4.6.2 installed, made the program shut up about it missing, but that didn't let it run.
I did not try the program installer, I used the installed program files of Paint.NET from a Windows installation as a workaround.

The 4.0.* installers should work doing:
- In a fresh WINEPREFIX do ``winetricks -q dotnet472``
- Use wine-staging (3.15 for example) to start and install the installer
The program ittself still doesn`t work yet, as it suffers from lacking D2D1 features
