What works
Bink and Smacker players. Bink video conversion to image files.
What does not
Conversion from other video files fails, possibly due to a system configuration problem with ffmpeg.
RADInfo.exe will get stuck in a loop if Gstreamer can't find a plugin for the requested mimetype (audio/mpeg for example).
Doesn't seem to find DirectShow codecs that are installed in Wine, Indeo installed with "winetricks icodecs" for example.
