What works
Ethernet file transfer, serial file transfer, reboot master after transfer, load workspace, add/remove files to send/receive.
Serial communication works by doing the following, assuming a USB-serial converter is used:
ln -s /dev/ttyUSB0 ~/.wine/dosdevices/com1
sudo chown [user] /dev/ttyUSB0
What does not
Serial file transfer does not enumerate the list of com ports, causing a “Please select a COMM port” error message when applying the serial settings. There are some workarounds for this:
Option 1) Use the default serial settings of COM1, 38400.
Option 2) Inherit the serial settings from the workspace.
Option 3) Save the file list (.ftl), open it in a text editor, and change theWorkarounds
