After the cutscene, it seems that models are there, although most of them are (characters, walls, various objects) without any textures.
However, there are textures on vending machine.

What was not tested
When the game is launched through terminal, it get's spammed with message (possibly related to the issue with textures):
fixme:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0x24b7dfb0: "Program undefined behavior warning: Sampler object 5 is bound to non-depth texture 3020, yet it is used with a program that uses a shadow sampler. This is undefined behavior.".
I've tested the game with torrented copy of Deluxe Edition which contains story DLCs. However, I do own this game on UPlay.
