Workarounds
Use Win7 in winecfg. To use Ubisoft Connect:
sudo apt-get install winbind
sudo apt-get install p11-kit-modules:i386 p11-kit:i386
Edit GamerProfile.xml to have WindowMode="0" in the ~/Documents/My Games/Watch_Dogs/ folder.
