What does not
When trying to install, I get an error saying:
Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install MSN Messenger 7.0. You must have Internet Explorer 6 or later, as well as one of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP or later. If you have upgraded, please try installing MSN Messenger 7.0 again.
However, I did install Internet Explorer 6 (using IE4Linux) and I did select "Windows XP" from the dropdown menu in winecfg.
