What works

Well the game menu works fine and there's no issue on starting a game (at least I tried the Solo quest), it renders fine the in-game graphics and runs at full framerate.

What does not

Direct "wine /path/to/Nox.exe".

X server goes bananas with a normal "wine Nox.exe"

The game window goes bonkers if you don't set a Virtual Desktop with winecfg for the exe file.

Workarounds

For the "direct wine command" just type in a terminal:
"cd path/to/nox/folder
WINEPREFIX=/wineprefixfolder/ wine Nox.exe"
That will start the game without issues.

For the x server going bonkers:

Just go to a console terminal.

type winecfg for the prefix you are using

Add application...

Select the "Nox.exe" in the program files folder.

Set it for windows XP.

Go to the "Graphics" tab, select "emulate a virtual desktop" and set it bigger than 640x480. 

That's it.

For the Solo game just add this folders to the "maps" folder inside the game folder:

What was not tested

Multiplayer game as I'm not in a very favourable region regarding ping.

Solo Game as the installer I got doesn't have the complete install with it.

Additional Comments

You might need a DirectX with winetricks as I have it installed.

Using Nvidia GT620, i5-4590 6GB or RAM.
