Everything!
The Developers are planning a native Linux version. It's on the roadmap, anyway.
What does not
Some odd LOD rendering issues, both near and far away. Everything beyond a certain distance out *to* a certain distance far away is fine.
There is also a graphics performance hit running the game in wine.

Needs the Microsoft Corefonts package installed before the Big Island Mod would display text. Since that one is *so* popular, I've noted it. The game likely doesn't need it, though.
