Seems completely functional. Plays mp3, aif or wav files at altered tempi or pitch, can export segments or complete files to wav, equalizer, frequency analysis of selected portion. Navigates the file system, saves .xsc files with altered playback parameters.
What does not
The ability to create accurate beat markers during playback *may* be compromised by lag-time in audio output.
What was not tested
Midi options - which use midi output to trigger functions like start and stop playback.
The interface of this older version makes it easier to slow down or speed up playback - the controls are right on the GUI. The latest version (available for Linux also) requires opening a separate menu.
