Additional Comments

Tested 32-bit (WINEARCH=win32) russian version without Update Management Tool. If you install it from .iso and installer requires CD, try "sudo chmod a+r /dev/loop0" It's recommended (but not required) to "winetricks atmlib gdiplus allfonts", because it fixes some UI artifacts. If artifacts still exists, try to stop Wine with "wineserver -k" and restart Illustrator.

"Save" and "Save as" Workaround

In the "file" menu, click in "scripts". There are some options to save the document like svg and pdf format. It is not the ideal but it does the trick.
