i've installed a bunch of direct9x/msvcrt related packages using winetricks, i will make a complete list when i reach usable state...

What does not

any rendered content appears in a unusual manner,

it looks like the framebuffer was switched before the frame was even half ready => flickering weird terrains, sun in the mountain

i have tried to fix the issues by overriding backbuffer strategy /etc, unsuccessfull so far - i will keep trying
