.NET 4.0 is required, currently a 32bit wine location is needed for .NET 4.0

  • .NET 4.0 WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine_32 winetricks dotnet40 corefonts
  • Download Isk per Hour Installer (currently *.msi)
  • Start installer WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine_32 wine msiexec /i Downloads/Eve\ Isk\ per\ Hour\ 3.1.msi

Run Isk per Hour over the applications menu (depends on our window manager)

Rating I have choose "Gold". IPH runs out-of-the-box expect two things, thats wine not supported fine (msi installer and .NET4.0)
