Grand Theft Auto V

What works

Nothing works. This game (DVD Retail) is _FALSELY_ advertised as "working" with some javascript bullshit that simply appends arguments to the execution of the binary, something you could do on the command line easily ("Lutris"). 

I tried the options the javascript trash "Lutris" appends (-noChunkDownload and the other options) (it just invokes the wine bla.exe -options, but using JaVaScRiPt and 20000 dependancies to do the magic a bash script could do)

Anyway, with or without said options the social club launcher fails a min in with "Unhandled exception page fault bla bla bla".

No way around this.

What does not

Everything.

THE GAME DOES NOT WORK.

It is a LIE to say the DVD version works "PLATINUM"(ly). It DOES NOT WORK AT ___ALL____

Workarounds

What was not tested

Nothing. Even the HaX to get around the launchers failed with the same errors.

All Lutris does is append some command line options to the invocation of the exe, and set some environment variable.
