Orbiter

What works

The main program window (Launchpad) where you can set all of your preferences and options. Orbiter creates another orbiter.cfg file in your home directory and you need to edit the following lines for Launchpad to find the orbiter directory and Scenerio files correctly

*NOTE THIS ASSUMES THE ORBITER DIRECTORY is in your HOME DIRECTORY edit as appropriate*

What does not

After setting your launchpad options up the program proceeds to load and render the space enviorment however immediatly afterward the program freezes and must be force quit. Sometimes depending on the senerio you can see rendered planets and ships.

This is very promising considering the last time I tried orbiter it would crash attempting to render the enviorment.
