The application installs correctly an can be launched.

What does not

This application uses a USB device called the Polar Datalink to retrieve data from a compatible Polar device. This DataLink device is not recognized by the application.

The DataLink device is recognized by the kernel (4.0.1.1-ARCH):

And is present in the list printed by lsusb:

Although the application both installs and runs, I still give it the garbage rating because without the ability to actually connect to a Polar device, the application is useless.
