Playing single-player in all capacities, runs smoothly even on moderate hardware. Audio and video are in-sync and unmolested from the original version.
What does not
My installer would freeze around 90%, an issue present with some versions of GOG's installers. According to some users who hit this error, the application was still being installed without a visual cue, I waited for ~30 minutes but did not see the installer end.
To workaround the installer issue, There is a flag /nogui (e.g wine installer.exe /nogui) for the installer to run in a standard windows installer interface, rather than GOG's custom UI. This not only worked but seemed faster.
What was not tested
Set to Windows XP in winecfg, no other overrides necessary.
