BitComet 0.60 gets past the MSXML 3 message box, if you install the native version of MSXML 3, and set it up in winecfg (set msxml3.dll to native). Wine doesn't have MSXML 3, only 2. Next BitComet wants the Mozilla ActiveX control, which I could not get to install properly in wine.
