Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Windows 7 and later
I need this program to edit texts (comments, underline, mark etc.) All these functions are working after some workarounds.
What does not
Not all versions installs.
At first comments didn't work
Wine version 8.5, under stable 8.1 in Gentoo comments didn't work.

Submitting this installation guide for someone new to wine:
This is the only software that allows users to properly fill out XFA PDF forms. These forms are used by a lot of government agencies and other organizations. You cannot use the mobile versions of Adobe Reader to fill these forms either. You need a windows or Mac version to do this.
On Linux installing the windows Version of Adobe reader on wine allows you to get this ability.
