Need create a win32 WINEPREFIX.
Install with winetricks d3dcompiler_43, vcrun2013 and steam.
And then, execute this line to disable 'gameoverlayrenderer' that causes crashes on some systems.
$ wine regedit C:\windows\Temp\_steam\override-dll.reg
