The program does not install.
Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13 is still primarily a 32-bit program, so I first created a 32-bit wine prefix, because that's what worked with 12.5.
The only other modification was winetricks sound=alsa.
NatSpeak also uses some dotnet. When installing 12.5, using the latest mono worked some of the time, so I kept mono.
