This is the most recent version until the moment (August 16, 2015) and it has a lot of features that improve the development of layouts not just as mock-ups but to use as the template of your website and some "Shiny Web Features" that allow you to create regions of text (Like you do on InDesign and some other Adobe softwares) and add some effects to images (like Sepia, Grayscale, Blur, etc...).
The program DO NOT allow you to edit the code directly but you can export your whole website project as pages (linked if you wish) and edit them later with another code editor (Recommend: Sublime Text, Brackets or Gedit). Using the official Adobe Creative Cloud is simply impossible to download the software, but there are links to download it from a reliable source below.
All the important parts of the software are fine and working, no
crashes or critical errors were detected while testing on version 1.7.44 of WINE, also was detected some improvement on the performance of the program on this version of wine.
What does not

These bugs are actually things that are
impossible to do with the software on Linux or things that simply do not
work now, but maybe have workarounds for them... Needs further
studying... Any other bugs found from now on will be posted on the bugs
1- The preview mode needs Google Chrome to work, on the tests I made, it do not detect the software (neither Windows version nor Linux version), so this function do not work (give a try if you wish, maybe it works with you).
2- The "Feedback Feature" showed in all tests as a blank gray box, while it should have a form for you to fill...
3- The software will only open if you go directly to the folder and open the "EdgeReflow.exe" file. The Ubuntu Links had no results when I tried
4- Is completely impossible to update the software from itself (but it shows if there are updates available normally)

Adobe Edge Reflow has it's own glitches that are completely discarted from this list, some others that are actually caused by using the software outside windows are described below:
1- The TootlTips that show if you let the cursor over any field make the whole program lose focus, so you can't type or change values until click on the program again... So you'd better maintain your mouse cursor out of the fields while you are typing... This one can be fixed by disabling the decoration for the window on the wine settings.
2- The app may suffer slowdowns if you are using other apps alongside it or opening big projects, be aware to what are you doing since the software is a preview and it's not optimized in many aspects.
What was not tested
1- The function of connect/integrate your Photoshop CC to the program was not tested.
2- The function that refers to the use of the Adobe Edge Inspect also was not tested.

Is basically impossible (at least for me) to download the latest version
of Adobe Edge Reflow using the Creative Cloud Software, so I have found
two ways to make it possible to have Adobe Edge Reflow on your Linux
1- Copy the whole Adobe Edge Reflow CC
folder from any Windows after the program is installed using the
Creative Cloud Software... You will probably find the program folder at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe... If not, try C:\Program Files\Adobe
2- DOWNLOAD IT FROM HERE: Unnoficial Source Download
