Had to replace wrap_oal.dll with Win32 soft-oal.dll from openal-soft before anything would work.
After doing that, everything besides multiplayer.

To get this working for at all (kept getting sound error and then belzebub would crash): 1. download http://kcat.strangesoft.net/openal-binaries/openal-soft-1.17.1-bin.zip 2. unpack and copy and rename bin/Win32/soft_oal.dll to install directory as wrap_oal.dll
