Pretty much everything. It does crash periodically. Some background thread I guess.
Charts work great. Even placed orders with it.
You need to install dotnet to the prefix first. This can be done using winetricks
winetricks --force -q dotnet35 dotnet45 dotnet48
You will probably need --force, -q is optional. This just makes the installation be free of prompts. --force is required because there is a bug installing dotnet without it.
You need to navigate in the questrade website to find the download
link. If I recall they might do user agent checking, so you may need a
useragent switcher plugin to evade this and download the file.
I can't quite remember, but you may need to set the wineprefix to
windows 10. Currently I am running my prefix in windows 10. But if you
encounter errors installing, try
then setting it to windows 10.
After installing the application will be installed in your wineprefix at this path
~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/Questrade\ IQ\ Edge/QuestradeIQEdge.exe
You can run it with
wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/Questrade\ IQ\ Edge/QuestradeIQEdge.exe
And it should fire up, give you the login dialog, and prompt you for 2fa if you have it enabled.
What does not
What was not tested
I have not looked at level information much, I don't pay for any data packages. Everything I've tried recently has worked near flawlessly (see note about crashing)
