Minor hickups in framerate and some graphical glitches such as stretching on some models.

Mouse cursor does not appear

Mouse scrolling does not work

Workarounds

Game does not run from a NTFS partition due to it requiring certain folder/file permissions.

Current problems:

As of Wine-staging 3.9 you need DXVK to run the game at all

Also the game currently does not seem to work online -- someone needs to file a bug if they could.
