What does not
Occasional sound disappearance: (quick)saving somehow resolves the issue.
After resting in an inn while Fatigue is "activated", the fatigue icon flickers instead of simply disappearing.
Occasional crashes (after some hours; save often).
At startup, clicking/hitting spacebar on first video screen after a second or so sometimes freezes the game completely.
