The latest version of Evernote (5.9.x) doesn't work well with wine: notes panel does not refresh, etc.
However, the previous version (5.8) works perfectly, and the 5.9 version does not bring so much improvements nor incredible features. Therefore it is advised to install the 5.8 version. You can find it here.
